摘要 以参加同济大学与芬兰阿尔托大学"中芬合作师资培训项目"的经历和基于结构化的计算机双语与卓越课程设计为背景,着重阐述实际运用芬兰师资创新机制,进行适当改良并获得较好效果的若干尝试。
