摘要
采用常温状态和冷诱导状态两类地方民猪样本获得用于筛选民猪抗寒性状相关基因基因芯片数据,针对两类样本芯片抗寒性状相关基因提取问题,提出错分风险最小化特征搜索模型,通过设定算法参数筛选出抗寒性状相关基因集合,这些抗寒性状相关基因对于两类样本分类特征好,比较三种经典分类方法都获得稳定高效分类准确率,特征筛选过程获得抗寒相关基因具有较强分类效能,对基因生物学功能进行初步研究,这些基因参与功能过程是下一步要研究目标。
Two categories, based on the normal temperature state and cold state induced pig samples where people get used to screen people cold resistance traits related genes of gene chip data, according to two kinds of sample chip cold resistance traits related gene extraction problem, risk minimization search model is proposed, by setting algorithm parameters set out cold resistance traits related genes, the cold resistance characteristics of related genes for two kinds of sample classification features are very good, we compared the three classical classification method can obtain stable high classification accuracy and the characteristics of the screening process for cold resistance related gene has strong classification efficiency of preliminary study about the biological function of genes at the same time, the function of these genes are involved in the process is to the next goal.
