摘要
空肠弯曲杆菌是一种在世界范围内普遍存在的人畜共患病病原,生存条件严苛。研究发现,该菌在一定条件下可以形成一种能够抵抗外界环境不良影响生物膜,这也是该菌能够在恶劣环境中存活并产生耐药性的重要原因。文章选取临床分离空肠弯曲杆菌为研究对象,建立其生物膜体外模型,通过PCR、扫描电镜等一系列方法对空肠弯曲杆菌生物膜进行鉴定。正交试验法对培养基、温度以及空气条件三种因素对空肠弯曲杆菌生物膜形成影响进行研究。结果表明,体外生物膜形成最佳条件为MHB培养基、37℃和常规空气条件。
Campylobacter jejuni is a worldwide prevalent pathogen of zoonotic disease, was very hypercritical to the living conditions. In recent years, some scholars had found that the bacteria could form a biofilm to resistant to the adverse external environmental impact under certain conditions, this was also the important reason for the bacteria to survive in the harsh environment and drug resistance. We chose Campy/obacter jejuni isolated from clinical samples as the research object in this study, built the biofilm model in vitro, established by a series of methods, such as PCR, scanning electron microscope and the orthogonal experiment, to study the characteristics and influence factors of the bioflm, looking forward to getting some useful results for clinical prevention and treatment and elimination of the drug resistance.
