摘要
随着全球化经济时代的不断深入和知识的不断创新,政府加大对科技型企业发展的扶持。科技服务业的发展影响与制约着科技型企业的发展,对科技服务业发展水平评价体系的深入研究,并展望其宏观走向,有助于提升科技型企业的发展水平,跨越瓶颈局面,树立科技型民族品牌,增强中国产业竞争力。
With the deepening of the economy globalization and knowledge innovation, the government has been giving more support to the developments of Science and Technology Enterprises. Due to the effective relationship hetween Science and Technology Service Industry and Science and Technology Enterprises, the article pays attention on studying on the appraisal factors of Science and Technology Service Industry that will help to enhance the level of the development of Science and Technology Enterprises to such fields： across a bottleneck situation, setting up the national brand image, enhancing the competitiveness of the relevant industries. Through literature reviews and analysis of Tianjin special characteristics, the article sets up an appraisal model to make hypothesis and test it based on SPSS software. According to the results of Correlation and Regre ssion, the article argues some applied strategies to improve the Science and Technology Service Industry in Tianjin.
