摘要
农学类女硕士研究生成为了高校就业最困难的群体之一。本文研究分析了造成农学类女硕士就业困难最根本的原因,并提出相应的对策,以期为解决就业难点提供一种新的视角。
Female agronomy postgraduates has become one of the most difficult group in college employment. In this paper, we analyze the basic causes of the difficulty, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to offer a new perspective to solve the employment difficulties.
