摘要
目的观察纳洛酮在急性有机磷中毒中的综合应用价值。方法选取2010年9月~2013年4月于本院进行治疗的82例急性有机磷中毒患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组（常规治疗方案组）41例和观察组（常规治疗方案加纳洛酮组）41例,对两组中轻度、中度及重度患者的临床总有效率、阿托品化时间、阿托品用量及症状改善时间进行比较。结果观察组的轻度、中度及重度患者的临床总有效率均高于对照组,阿托品化时间、阿托品用量及症状改善时间也明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论纳洛酮在急性有机磷中毒中的综合应用价值较高,效果好且显效快。
Objective To study and observe the comprehensive application value of Naloxone in patient with acute organophosphorus poisoning.Methods Eighty two patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning in our hospital from September 2010 to April 2013 were selected as research object,and were randomly divided into control group（conven tional treatment group） 41 cases and observation group（conventional treatment and Naloxone group） 41 cases,then the clinical effective rate,atropinization time,dosage of atropine and improvement time of symptom of two groups with mild,moderate and severe poisoning were compared.Results The clinical effective rate of observation group with mild,moderate and severe poisoning were all higher than those of control group,atropinization time,dosage of atropine and improvement time of symptom were all obviously lower than those of control group too,there were all significant differ ences（P0.05）.Conclusion The comprehensive application value of Naloxone in patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning is higher,the effect is better and faster.
