摘要
新肿瘤光化学诊治剂血卟啉单甲醚(PSD-044,单体)给麻醉开胸狗静脉内恒速持续输注0.125mg·kg ^(1.)min^(-1)(容积0.625 ml/min)40 min(总量5 mg/kg)对LVSP,±dp/dt_(max),MAP,HR,CO等血流动力学指标的影响。虽均略呈可逆性的、进行性的抑制倾向;但在同样条件下,与输注生理盐水的对照组比较,或与给药组自身药前数据比较均未见有显著的统计学差异。
Hemodynamic effects of a new photochemodiagnostic and photochemotherapeutic agent, hematoporphyrin monomethylether (PSD-044, Monomer), by continuous i.v. infusion (0.125 mg·kg-1·min-1) for 40 min in anesthetized open chest dogs were studied. Though all the parameters observed (LVSP,±dp/dt max, MAP, HR and CO) presented progressive depressive tendency,they were all reversible after stopping infusion and not significantly different between the PSD-044 test group and the normal saline control or the pre-medication groups For the sake of safety, nevertheless, it js advised that the dose and the infusion rate of the agent should not be too high during clinical application and care should be taken when it is administered to the patients with cardiovascular diseases.
