摘要
以金心吊兰黄色叶片部分和绿色叶片部分为试材,对其叶绿素初始荧光参数(Fo)、最大荧光参数(Fm)、最大量子效率(Fv/Fm)、非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)、非调节性能量耗散的量子产量[Y(NO)]、电子传递速率(ETR)等数据进行测定,并运用Imagingwin软件进行分析,在生理角度水平阐明2个组织的差异。结果表明:相对于绿色组织,较低的叶绿素相对含量和较低的Fo,Fm,Fv/Fm,ETR都说明黄色组织的光合能力较弱,而相对降低幅度不大的NPQ和逐渐降低的Y(NO)又说明黄色组织的自身具有一定的保护机制。
Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of green tissue and yellow tissue in Chlorophytum capensevar were determined by Imaging-PAM.The parameters include Fo,Fm,Fv/Fm,NPQ,Y(NO) and ETR and they were analyzed by Imagingwin software.It can be used to explain the two tissues′ differences in physiological level.Results showed,compared with green tissue,yellow tissue held lower relative chlorophyll content,Fo,Fm,Fv/Fm and ETR,so the yellow tissue was vulnerable to photoinhibition,while the small relative decline in NPQ and gradual decrease of Y(NO) indicated the yellow tissue itself had some protective mechanism.The paper lays foundation for functional analysis of color changed leaves of plants mutated under special circumstances.
