摘要 脱硝系统热控设备在电厂应用时间不长,缺乏运行维护经验,特别是脱硝CEMS系统要求高,但设计起点不高,往往由于多种原因导致CEMS系统工作不正常,维护难度大。如何通过适当的改造,提高CEMS系统的可靠性,是电厂面临的一个难题。为此乐清电厂通过专题研究后进行优化改造,基本消除了原来存在的各项问题,取得了较好效果,本文总结、介绍了改造经验,提出了针对性的建议,供同行检修维护和改造中参考。 Because the thermal control equipment' s application is not long in the power plant' s denitrification system, experience in the operation and maintenance is lacking. Although the requirements for denitration CEMS performance are high, the CEMS often works not properly, or it is difficult in maintenances for many reasons, such as the starting point of design is not high. How to improve the reliability of the CEMS system through proper improvement is a difficult problem in the power plant. Through special research, innovation & optimization, many problems are eliminated. Better results are achieved in Zheneng Yueqing Power Plant. This paper introduces the renovation experience, and puts forward some suggestions for reference in the maintenance and transformation.
