摘要
在分析机打商业发票特点的基础上,设计了一种通用商业机打发票识别系统,提出一种基于切割矩形框的Hough倾斜检测方法、选取适合的结构算子实现信息块去噪、大量统计各种数字投影特性后提出一种基于投影特性的数字识别算法,最后对识别数据作校正存入数据库。此识别系统,对于随机选取的436张票据,识别率达90.36%。
After analysis the object' s characteristics, this paper proposes a Hough skew detect method based on cutting of rectangle tim. It selects the appropriate structure to achieve denoising of the information area, after counting a large number of digit project, proposes a digital identification algorithm based on the projection characteristics. At last, it puts the data into database after the inspection. This implementation system randomly selects 436 pieces invoice and then the recognition rate reaches 90.36%.
