摘要
以夏热冬冷地区住宅项目为研究对象,分析了夏热冬冷地区住宅的节能施工技术,包括住宅墙体节能施工技术、屋面节能施工技术、楼面节能施工技术、门窗节能施工技术和外遮阳技术等.并以钢筋混凝土结构住宅为例,分析了建筑生命周期内不同阶段的碳排放量,提出了构建绿色低碳住宅体系的思路,为绿色低碳住宅的设计与施工提供相应的借鉴.
Taking hot summer and cold winter areas as studying object, this paper analyzes ener- gy saving construction technology of residence in these areas, including house wall, roof, floor, door and window, and external sunshade technology. Taking reinforced concrete residence as an example, it analyzes carbon emissions of different stages in building life circle and puts forward i- deas to build green and low carbon residence system, which provide technical support for design and construction of green and low carbon residence.
