摘要
目前高职院校在科研经费管理过程中存在着管理机制不完善、科研资金和资产流失严重、科研项目财务核算不规范、科研经费使用内容和结构不合理等问题.在对这些问题进行阐述分析的基础上,提出了加强管理机构和制度建设、规范项目经费使用、明确财务核算、强化管理监督等有关对策.
During scientific research fund management in higher vocational colleges, there are problems such as imperfect of management mechanism, loss of scientific research capital and as- sets, nonstandard situation of financial accounting of research subjects and unreasonable situation of using content and structure of research funds. Based on description and analysis of these prob- lems, this paper puts forward countermeasures such as enhancing construction of management organization and institution, standardizing using of research funds, crystallizing financial ac- counting and strengthening management supervision.
