摘要
根据黑岱沟煤矿的具体条件和爆破要求对1185水平台阶进行爆破优化设计,合理选取适合主采场目前实际情况的爆破方法。根据煤层上部覆盖岩层的特点,选择高台阶抛掷爆破配合拉斗铲倒堆工艺的方式进行剥离的开采方法。根据爆破要求对选用的爆破参数:孔径、孔深、超深、底盘抵抗线、孔距、排距、填塞长度、炸药单耗、单孔装药量进行详细的计算优化,确定最后的爆破方案。使用该爆破方案后,大大降低了矿山生产成本。
To guarantee production safety and to improve the economic benefit of Heidaigou open-pit coal mine,the blasting design of level 1185 was optimized according to the specific condition and blasting requirement,and suitable blasting method was applied in main stope.According to the characteristics of covering rock on the coal seam,the high bench cast blasting method with pouring pile by using shovel was chosen.When the related blasting parameters were calculated and optimized,the final blasting scheme was determined,by which the cost of mine production was reduced greatly.
