摘要
为获得耐Cu2+和耐低pH的硫酸盐还原菌,本研究通过富集培养分离到硫酸盐还原菌,以SO42-为考察指标,优化了其生长因子碳源、pH、COD/SO42-比值和温度,结果表明:乳酸钠作为碳源、pH=7、COD/SO42-=1.6、温度30℃为该菌最优生长条件.通过驯化获得能够在Cu2+浓度为90 mg/L、pH=4.5的条件下生长的硫酸盐还原菌,可为硫酸盐还原菌处理含Cu2+酸性矿山废水工艺提供菌株.
In this study, sulfate reducting bacteria was separated by the reducting bacteria with the resistance to Cu2+ and low pH. By taking enrichment culture to obtain sulfate 2- SO4 as the investigating index, growth 2- factors of carbon source, pH, COD/SO4 ratio and temperature were optimized. The resuhs show that these 2- optimal growth conditions for sulfate reducing bacteria are: sodium lactate as a carbon source, pH=7, COD/SO4 =1.6, and the temperature 30℃. Through the domestication, sulfate reducting bacteria could grow under the conditions of the 90 mg/L of Cu2+ concentration and pH=4.5. Our results may provide the strains for the treatment of acidic mine drainage containing Cu2+
