摘要
研究了不同氮营养水平对福菜薯18可食部分营养品质的影响。结果表明:施氮可以提高福菜薯18可食部分的营养品质,茎叶中氨基酸总量、人体必需氨基酸、非必需氨基酸、儿童必需氨基酸、蛋白质、粗纤维、钙等营养成分的含量较不施氮肥处理均有所增加,但随氮肥的进一步增加则有所降低;钾、硒含量随施氮量的增加而增加,锌含量则先减少后增加。
Effects of nitrogen rates on nutritional quality in edible parts of Fucaishu-18 were studied. The results showed that, to compare with the no nitrogen treatment, the nitrogen-applying treatment could improve the nutritional quality in edi- ble parts of Fucaishu-18 and increase the contents of total amino acids, essential amino acids, nonessential amino acid, es- sential amino acids for children, protein, crude fiber and Ca in its leaves and vines. However, with the further increase of nitrogen fertilizer, these nutritional components decreased, but the contents of K and Se increased, and Zn decreased at the beginning and then increased.
