摘要 随着汽车行业的快速发展,对汽车齿轮的性能要求越来越高,概述了我国汽车用齿轮钢性能及其热处理技术的现状,展望了汽车用齿轮钢及其热处理技术的发展方向。未来汽车用齿轮钢应该具备更加优异的性能,就必须要求材料保持高的纯度、细小均匀的晶粒、窄的末端淬透性、良好的加工性能。采用更加合理的热处理工艺,保证变形量控制在最小范围;同时促进新的热处理设备的研制和开发,促使整个热处理技术向着更好、更快、节能、减排的方向发展。 With rapid development of automotive industry, the increasingly higher requirements of automobile gear steel. This article provides an overview of current situation of gear steel properties and heat treatment technology for automobile in China. The prospect of development direction in the future of automobile gear steel and its heat treatment technology. Future automobile gear steel should have more excellent performance, it must require the material with high purity and fine uniform grain and end quench narrow permeability and good processing properties. The heat treatment process is more reasonable, ensuring the control in the smallest range deformation. At the same time, promoting the research and development of new heat treatment equipment, heat treatment technology as a whole moving in the direction of better and more efficient, energy saving, emission reduction developments.
