摘要
以淀粉废水为碳源培养高产絮凝剂的菌株NII4,研究培养菌投加量、温度、通气量、氮源和氮投加量对微生物絮凝剂絮凝效果的影响。结果表明,微生物絮凝剂的最佳培养条件是:菌悬液投加量为3 mL、温度为30℃、摇床转速为160 r/min,淀粉发酵培养基中有机氮源脲与无机氮源硫酸铵复合使用最佳比的情况是:当总氮的质量浓度为500 mg/L时,脲与硫酸铵的质量比为3∶2,此时絮凝率最高达91.58%;当总氮的质量浓度为200mg/L时,脲与硫酸铵的质量比为3∶1,此时絮凝率最高达90.88%。
With starch wastewater as the carbon source, high flocculants-producing bacteria strain: NII4 was cultivated, and then, the influences of strain dosage, temperature, oxygen quantity, nitrogen source and nitrogen dosage on the flocculation effect of microbial flocculant were studied. The results showed that, the optimal cultivation condition of microbial flocculant was: the bacterial suspension dosage was 3 mL, the temperature was 30 ℃, and the shaker speed was 160 r/min. The optimal mass ratio of organic nitrogen source (urea) to inorganic nitrogen source ((NH4)2SO4) in the starch fermentation medium was: when the mass concentration of total nitrogen was 500 rag/L, the mass ratio of urea to (NH4)2SO4 was 3 : 2, and the highest flocculation rate reached 91.58%; when the mass concentration of total nitrogen was 200 mg/L, the mass ratio of urea to (NH4)2SO4 was 3 : 1, and the flocculation rate reached as high as 90.88%.
