摘要
在中试聚合装置上,选择自制的复合外给电子体,控制T/D为3、氢气浓度8 mL/L、乙烯含量8%、C2=/(C2=+C3=)为0.35和H2/C2=为0.3,可以得到流动性、刚性和韧性平衡的高流动抗冲击聚丙烯树脂。
High fluidity impact polypropylene with good balance properties oi rigidity and toughness was produced in pilot polymerization unit by using self- developed combined external electron donor and controlling the following process parameters, such as T/D was 3, concentra- tion of hydrogen was 8 mL/L, content of ethylene was 8 %, C2= /( C2= + C3^= ) was 0. 35 and H2/ C2^= was 0. 3.
