摘要
研究翼茎羊耳菊(Inula pterocaula)的化学成分.采用硅胶和Sephadex LH-20凝胶材料进行化合物分离纯化,利用理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构.从翼茎羊耳菊中共分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素(1)、5-羟基-7,3',4'-三甲氧基黄酮(2)、异槲皮苷(3)、芹菜素-7-O-(6″-O-p-羟基肉桂酰)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→2″)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、芹菜素-7-O-(6″-阿魏酰)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、高根二醇(7)、齐墩果酸(8)、齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、β-谷甾醇(10)和胡萝卜苷(11).以上化合物为首次从该植物中得到.
The chemical constituents of the Inula pterocaula are studied in this paper. These compounds are iso- lated by silica gel and Sephades LH -20. Their structures are then elucidated by physico - chemical properties and spectroscopic methods. Eleven compounds are isolated, and their structures are identified as quercitrin (1) , 5 - hydroxy - 7,3',4' - trimethoxy - flavone (2) , isoquercitrin (3) , teruiflorin (4) , apigenin - 7 - 0 -β - D - glucopyranosyl - (1'"---2") -β - D - glucopyranosid (5), apigenin - 7 - O - (6" - feruloyl) -β - D - gluco- pyranoside (6), erythordiol (7), oleanoic acid (8), oleanoic acid 28 - 0 -β - D - glucopyranosyl ester (9),β -sitoterol(10) and daucosterol(ll ). All above compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time.
