摘要
钾盐尾矿是钾盐矿山最大的污染源,地面堆放会对环境造成长期的潜在污染。将钾盐尾矿作为充填料回填地下采空区,这样既可解决钾盐尾矿地表堆放引发的环境问题,又可提高钾盐回收率和保证采矿作业安全。本文利用镁水泥在钾盐矿尾矿充填中的胶凝效果,并通过FLAC3D软件模拟分析不同灰砂比组方下围岩的应力分布和位移变形。数值模拟的结论可作为类似矿山设计的参考。
Potash tailings is the biggest contamination source of potash mine. Ground stacking will cause longterm potential threat to the environment. Using the potash tailings backfill the mined-out area can not only solve the environmental problems caused by potash tailings ground stacking, but also improve the potash recovery and the safety of mining. The gelling effect of magnesium cement in potash tailings is applied in this paper, and the stress variation and wall rock deformation caused by filling body of different proportions are simulated by FLAC3D as well. The numerical simulation result can provide reference for the design of similar mines.
