摘要 哺乳动物PepT2是利用质子梯度逆浓度转运小肽和肽类似物到各种组织细胞内的一种高亲和力低容量的小肽转运载体,主要在肾髓质细胞内表达,重吸收细胞腔的肽酶产生的小肽。但PepT2在大脑、中枢神经系统、肺、乳腺和胰腺中也有分布,并参与大脑中神经肽水平的调节、清除细胞外液中的小肽和药物的定向转运,对疾病新的治疗策略的发展可能起到关键作用。综述PepT2的结构特点以及功能特性的研究进展。 The oligopeptide transporter PepT2 of mammal is a high-affinity and low capacity transporter,it can transport small peptides and peptide-like drugs to all kinds of tissue cells.PepT2 is mainly expressed in the renal medulla cells,but also found in brain,central nervous system,lung,mammary gland and pancreas.PepT2 functionally characterized in the kidney has been considered to play a key role in efficient reabsorb small peptides generated by luminal peptidases.The structure and function of PepT2 were summarized in this paper.
