摘要
目的:评价白及胶的生物黏附性。方法:采用自制的3种黏附性测定装置,以卡波姆934为对照,测定白及胶的剪切力、分离力和胃组织留存量。结果:白及胶的剪切力显著大于卡波姆934,分离力和胃组织留存量与卡波姆934相当。结论:白及胶的生物黏附性与卡波姆934相似,是一种较好的天然生物黏附性材料。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the bioadhesive properties of Bletilla striata gum in vitro. METHODS: 3 kinds of self-made device was adopted to determine the shear stress of B. striata gum and detachment with stomach tissue and the remaining percentage in the stomach tissue using carbopol 934 as control. RESULTS: The shear stress of B. striata gum was bigger than carbopol 934. The detachment and remaining percentage with stomach tissue were similar to carbopol 934. CONCLUSIONS:B. striata gum possesses similar bioadhesive property to carbopol 934, and it is a sound bioadhesive material.
