Mining and System Construction of Information Sources for Dynamic Monitoring in Discipline Information

摘要 基于学科情报研究工作实践,从科技实施主体和科研成果载体两个角度出发,构建动态监测信息源挖掘的目标体系,并从定量和定性两个方面总结信息源挖掘的途径和方法,其中定量挖掘主要包括论文分析和专利分析,定性挖掘途径则呈多样化,包括调研国家在目标学科领域的科技创新体系、文献、分析报告、友情链接等。然后,在此基础上以农业科技领域为例,阐述学科情报动态监测信息源体系的构建。 Based on practices of discipline information research,, this paper constructs a target excavation system of information sources for dynamic monitoring from two perspectives of implementing body and scientific research carrier. Then it summarizes information source mining ways and approaches from quantitative and qualitative aspects. Quantitative mining methods include article analysis and patent analysis. Qualitative mining methods have diverse approaches, such as the investigation of Sci & Tech innovation system, document, report and lins in the national target field. Finally, it expounds the construction of information sources system with the field of agriculture science and technology for example.
