摘要
建立了某50型四履带轮式装载机的虚拟样机模型,设置了30°坡面、0.2m高竖直墙、1m宽沟3种路障,分析了虚拟样机模型在上述路面环境下的通过性能。结果表明,该装载机可以顺利通过各种障碍,具有较强的机动通过性能。该样机仿真为这种新型行走结构的可行性验证及其进一步研制提供了理论支持。
The virtual prototype of a 50 typed wheeled loader with four crawlers was established, and three kinds of road obstacles were set up, which were 30° ramp, upright cube of height in 0.2 m and channel of width in 1 m. And then, the crossing ability of the virtual prototype at the above three road obstacles was simulated. The simulation results showed that the loader smoothly crossed each obstacle, had strong flexible crossing ability. The simulation offered theoretical support for feasibility verification and further development of the new-type walking mechanism.
