摘要
采用化学还原法制备了超细铜粉,以CuSO4为原料,对用NaOH沉淀-葡萄糖预还原-水合肼还原工艺制备的超细铜粉进行了研究。结果表明:两步法添加水合肼时,第一步和第二步添加用量比例为1:4,反应温度为70℃时,得到铜粉粒径最小,为2.484μm,铜粉颗粒形貌近球形,比表面积为1.9m2/g,振实密度为2.5g/cm3。
The ultrafine copper powder is prepared by chemical reduction method, taking CuSO4 as raw materials, preparation of ultrafine copper powder with NaOH - glucose prereduction - hydrazine hydrate reduction process are presented. The results show that, when the adding ratio is 1:4 and the reaction temperature is 70 ℃, the two-step method of adding hydrazine hydrate get the smallest particle size of copper powder. The copper powder particle morphology is nearly spherical for the 2.484 pro, BET surface area is 1.9 m2/g and tap density 2.5 g/cm3.
