摘要
应用计算流体动力学(CFD)模拟流态化浸出设备内流场的分布特点,介绍了浸出设备种类及浸出机理,通过欧拉-欧拉法,化学反应设定等模型来计算,得到了设备进口处速度分布、内部速度、颗粒分布情况。说明CFD模拟研究的可行性,并为进一步研究提供参考依据。
Base on the simulation of the distribution characteristics of fluid fields in the leaching equipment by application of computational fluid dynamics (CFD), this paper presents the types and mechanism of leaching equipment. The computation is conducted through the Euler--Euler method and chemical reaction setting model to obtain the velocity distribution, internal velocity and particle distribution at the inlet of equipment. This has shown the feasibility of CFD simulation study and provided the reference basis for further study.
