摘要
在分析双离合器自动变速器(DCT)换挡工作过程的基础上,根据2个离合器的压力曲线,得到了离合器的打滑开始时刻和结束时刻。建立了3种不同控制策略下的车辆系统动力学模型,得出了换挡过程中各变量之间的变化关系,为制定换挡控制策略、计算换挡过程中离合器的磨损和进行车辆的动力学分析提供了理论基础。
On the basis of analyzing the shift working process of dual-clutch transmission, and according to the two clutch pressure curve, this paper theoretically analyzed the clutch skid starting time and ending time. On this basis, three different control strategies of the vehicle system dynamics model were set up. It obtained the relationship between the variables in the shifting process, providing the- oretical foundation to make the shift control strategy and calculation in the process of shifting clutch wear and vehicle dynamics analysis.
