摘要
本实验的主要目的是对火焰原子吸收法测定环境标准样品中不同浓度钙、镁的方法进行研究。在选定的最佳仪器条件下,测定低浓度钙、镁和高浓度钙、镁的RSD分别为1.15%、1.33%、0.53%、0.86%。样品中低浓度钙、镁和高浓度钙、镁的回收率分别为104.00%、97.00%、98.33%、96.67%。该方法操作简单,测试快速,结果准确稳定。
Abstract: Survey of different concentrations of calcium, magnesium in environmental reference material by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(AAS) was studied in this paper. At the optimum experiment conditions, the RSD results of low and high concentrations of calcium, magnesium were respectively 1.15% ,1.33% ,0. 53%,0.86%. The recoveries low and high concentrations of caleium,magnesiun were respectively 104.00%,97.00% ,98. 33% ,96.67%. The method had simple operation, high-speed determining and accurate result.
