2型糖尿病合并甲状腺功能减退症的临床分析 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病合并甲状腺功能减退症的诊断和治疗,以减少误诊漏诊。方法对2009年1月至2012年5月获嘉县人民医院及获嘉县中医院收治的30例糖尿病合并甲状腺功能减退症患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果30例患者均为入院后常规检查发现血清促甲状腺激素异常,糖尿病发病时间为1个月～20年。在确诊时水肿、体质量增加23例,乏力、怕冷22例,反应迟钝、记忆力减退6例,腹胀、便秘24例,胸闷、心功能不全4例,打鼾、声音变粗而低26例,皮肤干燥、毛发稀疏3例,高脂血症25例,其中误诊为糖尿病肾病20例,冠心病3例,胃肠自主神经病变8例。结论 2型糖尿病合并甲状腺功能减退症发病率高,易误诊漏诊,应常规检查甲状腺功能。
