摘要
本研究旨在了解目前宜春地区10家中医医院的卫生技术人员的性别、职称、学历、年龄结构以及继续教育情况等实际状况;通过文献资料的整理分析,找出解决问题的办法和提供支持的理论依据,了解影响宜春地区中医医院卫生技术人员队伍建设的各种因素;为有计划地做好中医院未来规划,和人才培养工作提出一些意见和建议,为相关部门制定中医事业发展规划提供数据支持和为中医药教育拟定人才培养改革提供借鉴依据。
The purpose of this study is to understand health technical personnel＇s gender, degree, title, age structure and continuing education situation etc of 10 TCM hospitals in Yichun area in current situation.Through the analysis of the literature review, understanding various factors of medicine health technical personnel team construction in Yichun Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,finding the solution to the problem and theoretical basis. So as to providing comment and suggestions of future work plan of Traditional Chinese hospital and personnel training,providingdata support for related departments to develop TCM career development planning and reference of personnel training of Traditional chinese Medicine.
