摘要 在航天发射任务中,测控站指挥中心担负着测控系统应急指挥任务,传统依靠现场人工判断和决策指挥方式往往存在及时性差、准确性差等问题,而辅助决策系统可将各种信息进行综合处理,并给出辅助决策结论供指挥员参考,可以大大提高应急指挥决策的实时性和准确性。因此,提出一种基于Mamdani推理法实现的雷达跟踪情况辅助判决的模糊型决策系统,利用Matlab工具在典型输入条件下对系统进行仿真,仿真结果分析表明,决策推理算法鲁棒性强,决策结果正确。 In a space launch mission, the command center of the TT&C (Tracking Telemetry and Command) station undertakes the task of emergency command. Traditional on-site artificial judgment and decision-making command mode often have problems with timeliness and accuracy while decision support systems can be integrated with all kinds of information and provide decision-making conclusions for the commander. This greatly improves the real- time performance and accuracy of emergency command decision. A fuzzy decision-making system of radar tracking aided decision based on Mamdani reasoning method is implemented. Matlab simulation is performed with typical in- put conditions and the simulation results show that the reasoning algorithm has excellent robustness and the decision results are correct.
