摘要
采用一定浓度的氢氧化钠溶液与高铝粉煤灰中可溶性二氧化硅进行反应,考察苛碱浓度、反应温度、反应时间、浆液固含条件对脱硅反应的影响。结果表明,脱硅反应的优化条件为苛碱浓度150g.L-1,温度120℃,反应时间30min,固含量350g.L-1,脱硅粉煤灰铝硅比由1.20提高到1.80以上。
Desilicating process of soluble sinlicon from high aluminium fly ash in certain concentration sodium hydroxide was re- searched with investagation of concentration of sodium hydroxide, temperature, time and solid content. The result showed that the optimization conditions were: concentration of sodium hydroxide 150g/L, temperature 120~C, time 30min and solid content 350g/L. Alumina silica ratio of desiliconized fly ash increased to more than 1.80.
