摘要
以黄瓜品种"露地二号"为试材,以MS为基本培养基,以3d苗龄的子叶为外植体,研究比较了不同植物激素组合以及AgNO3对离体子叶再生芽诱导的影响。结果表明:在6-BA2.0mg/L+ABA 1.0mg/L+AgNO32.0mg/L的组合下,黄瓜离体子叶再生芽的分化率最高可达76.67%,该项研究为优化黄瓜离体子叶再生芽诱导体系及进一步建立快速、稳定、高效的黄瓜离体植株再生体系,开展黄瓜转基因工作奠定了基础。
Taking Cucumis sativus 'Ludi No.2' as material,MS as basic medium,3-day-old cotyledons cucumber as explants,the effect of different concentrations of hormones and AgNO3 combinations on buds regeneration induction were studied.The results showed that the best condition for buds induction was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+ABA 1.0 mg/L+AgNO3 2.0 mg/L with the regeneration rate of 76.67%,which would contribute to a refined buds regeneration system and would contribute to the further work of cucumber transgenic and a more stable and effective plants regeneration system.
