具有人文思想底蕴的工程技术人员在高速铁路设计、施工、维修中考虑问题不仅仅要从技术本体出发,而是要结合当地的风土人情、历史文化、宗教习俗和环境伦理而进行工程建设,才能使工程本体质量获得更多地优质保证。
When the high-speed railway is in design, construction and maintenance, engineering and technical personnel with humanistic thought background not only consider a matter starting from technology ontology, but also construct the engineering in combination with the local customs, history and culture, religious practices and environmental ethics, which makes the quality of engineering ontology have more assurance.
