Effect of Dietary Factors on Rumen Epithelial Growth, Development and Renewal and Their Manipulation

摘要 瘤胃上皮具有吸收、代谢和防御功能,这些功能的建立和维持依赖于瘤胃上皮的正常生长发育与及时更新。本文着重探讨饲料原料、日粮精粗比和饲喂制度等因素对反刍动物瘤胃上皮发育和更新的影响,以及日粮营养水平调节瘤胃上皮生长发育的途径,并介绍一些调控瘤胃上皮生长发育和更新的方法。 The rumen epithelium is responsible for several important physiological functions including absorption, metabolism and immunity. These functions are dependent upon the normal growth and development as well as renewal of the rumen epithelium. The present review discusses the effects of dietary factors on the rumen epithelial growth and development as well as renewal, describes the pathways through which the dietary nutritional levels regulate the epithelial growth and development, and finally summarizes some methods to regulate the rumen epithelial growth, development, and renewal.
