普米克令舒雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察普米克令舒雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特口服治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效。方法:在我院选取56例住院患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组,2组常规治疗上,治疗组采用普米克令舒雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特口服,对照组在常规治疗上只加用普米克令舒雾化吸入。结果:治疗组的显效率和总有效率均高于对照组,有显著差异性(x^2分别4.23、5.77,P均<0.05)。结论:普米克令舒雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特口服治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效满意,安全,有效,可以在临床治疗中加以推广。
