摘要
SSR标记广泛分布于基因组中,呈孟德尔遗传,多态性丰富,信息量大,已被作为一种理想的分子标记之一而广泛应用。文中重点介绍了SSR标记的开发和SSR技术试验体系的研究进展,旨在为SSR分子标记的研究与应用提供参考信息。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the spatial and temporal characteristics of precipitation over Tibet in 2012 and the relationship between the summer(June to September) precipitation and Subtropical Anticyclone in Western Pacific(SAWP).[Method]Using the precipitation data of 39 stations in Tibet in 2012 and the variety of conventional meteorological data,the method of climate diagnosis was adopted,the relationship between the summer precipitation over Tibet and the ridge line of SAWP and its northern edge.were analyzed.[Results] The summer precipitation over Tibet was closely related to the ridge line of SAWP and its northern edge..When the north and south of the the ridge line of SAWP mobile,precipitation of the plateau consequent differences.When the ridge line northward and westward,the summer precipitation over Tibet is less than normal,in addition to the precipitation in the central and southern Tibet,the rest of the region is almost no precipitation;When the ridge line sorthward and eastward,the summer precipitation is above normal,in addition to the precipitation of Ali and western Nagqu is less,the rest of the plateau are in more frequent periods of precipitation.During summer over Tibet,52% of regional heavy precipitation were directly affected by the impact of the position of SAWP,the area and intensity of precipitation variety with the ridge line of SWAP and its northern edge.[Conclusion] This study provides the scientific basis for the summer precipitation over Tibet..
