摘要
人才对于企业的发展与竞争有着重大的意义。饭店属于劳动密集型企业,因而人力是饭店最重要的资源。人才的培养与引进是饭店发展的重中之重,为了加强饭店的竞争力,必须加强饭店对人力资源的管理,强化饭店的人力资源管理是一个饭店走向成功的关键所在。
