多通道超声检测数据采集存储的设计与实现

摘要 多通道超声检测数据的实时采集以及大容量数据的快速存储是长输管道超声波内检测系统设计的关键技术。介绍数据采集与快速存储的设计方案,给出装置示意图,详细论述基于Visual C++的超声检测数据与定位数据同步采集、存储的实现方法。实验结果表明,该方法完全能够达到检测目的与检测要求。 The real-time acquisition of multi-channel ultrasonic inspection data and the high-speed storage of the large-capacity data are key technologies of ultrasonic inner-inspection system design for long-distance pipelines. The design scheme of data acquisi- tion and high-speed storage was introduced, the device schematic diagram was given, and the realization method for synchronous ac- quisition and storage of the ultrasonic inspection data and orientation data based on Visual C ++ was illustrated. The experimental re- suits show that this method can meet inspection requests.
