基于模糊FMECA的电液舵机可靠性分析 被引量:8

摘要 针对电液舵机FMECA分析中,评价因素多且故障描述语言及评判指标具有模糊性,难以进行定量分析,得不出精确分析结果的缺点,将模糊综合评判引入FMECA分析中。对电液舵机进行FMECA分析,列出常规民用飞机电液舵机的FMEA表,得到定性分析结果;并在此基础上进行模糊FMECA分析,得出电液舵机各故障模式之间的相对危害度大小并进行排序,得到定量分析结果。并依此指明电液舵机的改进方向,为提高电液舵机的可靠性提供了参考。 As many evaluation elements are involved and the failure information and the evaluation indexes are fuzzy during the reliability analysis of electro-hydraulic actuator, it is hard to get the accurate analysis results. In order to improve this shortcoming, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was introduced into the FMECA analysis. The analysis table for failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) of electro-hydraulic actuator was established, and the eriticalities of failure modes in the table were evaluated. According to the criticality, failure modes were ranked. Then the way for the system improvement was pointed according to the analysis results. It provides references for improving reliability of electro-hydraulic actuator.
