摘要
分析当前研究生德育三个主体(即辅导员、导师、研究生)存在的问题,即不重视研究生德育或德育效果不明显;从"主体效能"视角出发,提出研究生德育主体应从辅导员、导师、研究生本人三个方面的德育认知和德育行为入手,增强研究生思想道德教育的效能感。
This paper analyzed the existing problem in the three main parts, namely the instructor, the supervisor and students themselves in graduate students' moral education, which is indifference to the moral education or the education with no efficiency. This paper based on the viewpoint of "efficiency of main parts" proposed that graduate students' moral education should start with moral cognition and moral behavior in instructors, supervisors and students, by which to improve the efficiency of graduate students' moral education.
