摘要
文章以加工中心皮带轴为研究对象,采用有限元方法,运用solidworks软件,对加工中心皮带轴的热态特性进行研究。确定加工中心皮带主轴热分析的边界条件,计算出轴承发热量,建立加工中心主轴热力学有限元模型,利用solidworks软件对皮带轴在最高转速下进行稳态热分析、温升变化以及温度场分布情况,结果表明该加工中心皮带轴结构设计合理,温升在控制范围之内。
The machining center Belt spindle as the object of study, in order to achieve the belt spindle of the high-speed, high-precision targeting, the finite element method, solidworks software were used to research thermal characteristics of belt-spindle machining centers. Boundary conditions determine the belt spindle thermal analysis and thermal load, the establishment of the finite element model of the thermal a- nalysis of electric spindle, solidworks software belt spindle steady-state thermal analysis, the temperature rise changes as well as the temperature distribution, and the results show that the machining center belt spindle the structural design is reasonable, the temperature rise within the control range.
