摘要
在水泥混凝土路面上加铺沥青面层可以形成一种刚柔相接的复合式路面结构,而刚柔界面层间粘结处理技术会成为复合式路面的技术关键.针对新建连续配筋混凝土刚性基层薄层沥青路面,通过对不同界面处理方式的室内剪切试验和拉拔试验,对比不同水泥混凝土板的处理方式、不同的粘结材料以及层间界面层沥青用量对层间粘结体系强度的影响,并最终得到了最佳的水泥混凝土板界面处理方式、最佳的界面层粘结材料以及最佳的沥青用量.
Paving asphalt surfaces on cement concrete pavement can form a rigid-flexible and composite pavement structure,but the rigid-flexible interface interlayer bonding processing technology becomes a key technique of composite pavement.Based on the new continuous reinforced concrete rigid base thin layer of asphalt pavement,by the different interface treatment scheme of indoor shear tests and drawing tests,a comparative study of different cement concrete slabs is carried out,the different bonding materials and an interface layer between asphalt dosages have effects on the strength of interlayer bonding systems,which leads to the formation of the best cement concrete slab interface,the best interface bonding material layer and the best asphalt content.
