煤矸石骨料钢筋混凝土柱的抗震性能试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 为探讨煤矸石骨料钢筋混凝土应用于建筑结构的可行性,对煤矸石骨料钢筋混凝土柱的抗震性能进行了基础实验研究,试验结果表明:①在反复荷载作用下,柱结构轴压比较小时的破坏形态为弯曲破坏,破坏过程较为缓慢,延性较好,而轴压比较大时的破坏形态为弯曲剪切破坏,破坏过程迅速,延性较差;②在反复荷载作用下,柱结构的箍筋不易屈服,而柱两端的架立筋很容易屈服;③柱结构轴压比较小时,其滞回曲线呈丰满的梭形,所经受的循环荷载次数较多,抗震性能较强;随着轴压比的增加,滞回曲线包含的面积越来越小,承载力下降明显,耗能能力减弱,抗震性能较差,说明构件轴压比越大,越容易发生破坏。以上表明,煤矸石骨料钢筋混凝土应用在建筑结构上是完全可行的。 To study the feasibility of applying reinforced concrete composed of coal gangue in building structures, a basic experiment study was conducted to investigate the seismic behavior of reinforced concrete column composed of coal gangue aggregate. The experiment results show that the failure mode presents bending failure with the effect of al- ternate loads when the axial compression ratio of column is relatively small, thus the failure process is relatively slow, with preferable ductility, whereas the failure mode presents bending shear failure when the axial compression ratio of column structure is relatively large, thus the failure process is fast, with poor ductility ; the stirrup of the column at both ends is not prone to yield with the effect of alternate loads, whereas the bearing rod is prone to yield;when the axial compression ratio of column structure was relatively small, its hysteresis curve presents a plump spindle, and it stands more cyclic loading, showing a strong seismic behavior. With the increase of axial compression ratio, the area contained by hysteresis curve becomes smaller and smaller, and its bearing capacity obviously decreases, the ability of energy dis- sipation diminishes, with a poor seismic behavior,which demonstrates that the larger the axial compression ratio is, the more easily the components fails.
