摘要
[目的]探讨时间管理法在神经外科护士工作倦怠中的应用效果。[方法]对某医院神经外科35名护士实施时间管理法,比较培训前后工作效率、时间管理倾向及工作倦怠情况。[结果]时间管理法培训后工作效率和时间管理倾向显著高于培训前(P<0.01);情感衰竭和去人格化倾向明显低于培训前(P<0.05)。[结论]实施时间管理法培训可提高护士的时间管理能力,提高其工作效率,降低工作倦怠感。
Objective.. To probe into the applied effect of time management method in job burnout of nurses in department of neurosurgery. Methods: A total of 35 nurses in department of neurosurgery in a hospital were given time management method, then the work efficiency, time management tendency and job burnout of them were compared before and after the training. Results:After the time management training, work efficiency and time management tendency efficiency were significantly higher than that before training (P 〈 0. 01) ; emotional exhaustion and depersonalization tendeney were significantly lower than that before training (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion. Implementing time management method training can improve nurses' time management skills, improve their work efficiency and reduce job burnout.
