摘要 为研究HMX基PBX(90/10-HMX/黏结剂)的作功能力和爆轰产物状态方程,通过25mm标准圆筒试验,得到该炸药的作功能力特征参量以及格尼速度(2.80mm/μs)。用非线性有限元动力学程序ANSYS/LS-DYNA对圆筒试验进行了数值计算。通过计算值与试验结果进行对比和调整的方法得到HMX基PBX的爆轰产物JWL状态方程参数,通过炸药驱动平板飞片试验和数值计算对这些参数进行了验证。计算值与实验结果吻合,表明圆筒试验得到的爆轰产物JWL状态方程参数是有效的。 In order to study the power ability and equation of state of detonation products for a HMX-based PBX composed of 90% of HMX and 10% of binder, the Ф25mm cylinder test was carried out and the characteristic pa- rameters of power ability and Gurney velocity of 2.80 mm ·μs 1 of this PBX were obtained. The cylinder test was numerically simulated by nonlinear dynamic finite element program ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The parameters of JWL e- quation of state (EOS) for this HMX-based PBX were obtained by comparing and adjusting the numerical simulation results to their experimental ones. To confirm the parameters, an explosive driven plate flyer test was carried out and numerically simulated. Its simulation results agree well with the experimental ones, indicating that the parame- ters of JWL EOS of detonation products derived from the cylinder test are reliable.
