摘要
针对"如何提高组织间知识共享意愿"这一难题,借用费斯克的关系模式理论,构建产业集群组织间知识共享的关系模式。研究得出:产业集群组织间的知识共享存在公共共享、排序共享、平等共享以及交易共享4种模式。要在组织间建立起良好的知识共享关系,组织要从信任与沟通机制、利益激励机制以及制度惩罚机制这三方面着手,建立起"三位一体"的知识共享关系机制。
For the problem of ＂how to improve the inter-organizational knowledge sharing willingness＂, this article uses Fiske＇ s Relational Models Theory （RMT） to construct the inter-organizational knowledge sharing relational model in industrial clus- ters. The research concludes that there are 4 models in the inter-organizational knowledge sharing in industrial clusters, that is, communal sharing, ranking sharing, equality sharing and marketing sharing. To construct a good inter-organizational knowledge sharing relationship, the organization should start with the trust and communication mechanism, interest incentive mechanism and system punishment system to construct a ＂three-in-one＂ knowledge sharing relationship mechanism.
