摘要
某钢厂从20世纪90年代末引进的不锈钢冷热混合线机组自投产以来,由于焊机功能的不完善,所以需对其进行技术改造。机械部分改造了带双刃剪的机架、压板台等。电气控制部分主要是将新增设备的动作与旧有设备的动作按照逻辑关系结合,实现新增功能。介绍了该设备改造的技术方案及技术特点。
The pickling mix line of the cold relling plate and hot relling plate in a stainless cold rolling factory is introduced from abroad in the 1990s of the 20th century,because of the imperfection of the welding machine,so need to be technical reform.The renovation of the mechanical parts is the frame of a double edge shear and a table of press plate,the electrical control part is according to the logical control of the new equipment and old equipment,the system realize new function.The equipment modification techoology program and technical feature is introduced.
