福氏志贺菌O-抗原修饰及血清型转换机制研究进展 被引量:3

O-antigen modification and serotype conversion of ShigeUa flexneri

摘要 志贺菌(Shigella)是菌性痢疾(菌痢)的主要病原菌。其感染病例主要发生在发展中国家,且多为5岁以下儿童。志贺菌属包含4个亚群,其中福氏志贺菌(Shigellaflexneri,B群)是包括中国在内发展中国家的优势血清群。根据细菌外膜脂多糖(LPS)的O-抗原结构差异,
