包容型再生混凝土的旧料破碎工艺试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 在包容型再生混凝土的生产工艺中,旧料混凝土的破碎工艺是影响废料回收利用率和成品力学性能的关键。破碎试验表明,颚式破碎产物的粒度分布更利于旧料的回收利用。基于54块强度试块的试验研究,掌握旧料破碎方式和级配对包容型再生混凝土力学性能的影响规律,从而为合理选择旧料破碎工艺提供科学依据。 In the produce technique of waste contained recycled concrete, the crushing technique of old concrete particles is a key that affects recycle rate of waste concrete and mechanical performance of product.The crushing test demonstrated that the granularity distribution of old concrete produced from jaw crasher was beneficial to recycle use.Based on the strength test of 54 specimens, the inherent law had been grasped that crushing style and graduation of old particles affect mechanical performance of waste contained recycled concrete. All that could provide basis to select the crushing technique of old concrete particles.
